This Or That?

Ok, just humor me here. I had to go to the store last minute and I was not even sure I would get a good deal but Praise the Lord, I did!

Which did I spend more on the store brand hamberger patties or everything on the table below?

I was able to purchase the pizza's for 50 cents each! I paid $3.00 for everything on the table! Thank you Lord for helping me be a good steward with your money!!

Couponing Perserverance

I was not able to go out like I normally do. I went by Savemart and it was closed. How did that happen? Then I went to Raley's to pick up cherry's for $1.47 lb. and they were out. I went to Kmart for any last minute deals, none. So when I went to Walmart I really wasn't sure what to expect but God blessed me big time. I bought both of these for 96 cents. I used two coupons from the newspaper. Praise the Lord!!

I Have the Freedom to Shop for FREE!

I had a really good time shopping this weekend. I think I am getting the hang of it finally. I still make mistakes but over all I do very well. I got all those things for free today. That really made me happy. In the next picture I got those things for 50 cents each. I enjoyed this shopping day by myself but that isn't always the case. My kids are getting the hang of couponing though. If they see coupons in those dispensers they grab me a couple.
I thank God that he has blessed us with this money saving way to bless our home. I do not take this for granted.

Today I just had to thank Nabisco and CVS for giving us some munches this week. Between coupons and CVS ECB's I paid $3.39 for all those goodies. I am really thankful that I get to save my family money by using coupons and such. Thank you Lord for these Blessings. Now, please Lord, bless this food I am about to receive. Lord, change the molecular structure of these cookies... (Tim Hawkins)

My trip to CVS

I had coupons for all but one item that I bought. The Pantne was on sale 2/$7.00 used MC -$2.00; The Venus Embrace razor $9.00 used MC -$2.00 plus MC for the Olay body wash($7.49)making it free with the purchase of the Venus Razor; Gillette body wash $4.00 used MC -$2.00. Dryer's Ice Cream $3.99. The sub total was $34.98. I gave her my coupons plus my $4.00 off a $20 purchase plus my $10 ECB I earned from my last shopping trip. That brought the total to .99 plus .96tx. Equaling $1.95! I earned $5 ECB's for my next trip because I spent $15 on P&G products. The ice cream was filler so I would go over and not waste my ECB's.

I have by no means arrived and this is only going on week four for even starting this couponing process but it sure is paying off. I thank God for his blessings yet again!
